退款政策

We have a 14 day return policy for full-priced garments, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refer to the non-returnable section below for items that are not valid for a refund.

If your return is accepted, you'll receive instructions on how and where to send your package to Hong Kong or Australia. Unfortunately we currently don't offer free returns and items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted. Once your item has been received, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. 

Faulty garments and product issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, including seasonal promotions, final sale, warehouse sales, Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales and other special discounted products. Alternatively, we do accept exchanges on sale or discounted items, provided it's for a different size or a similar product of equal value.

Exchanges

To arrange an exchange, please contact us at info@cherrybobbins.com. You’ll need to return the item to either our Hong Kong or Australia address, and we must receive it before we can send out your replacement size.

Alternatively, you're welcome to order two sizes and return the one that doesn't fit (excluding sale items).
